About The Position

Coastal Payroll is seeking an Integration Implementation Specialist to join its Implementation team. The role implements retirement and workers’ compensation services for new and existing clients through the iSolved platform. The specialist works with clients, retirement service providers, and internal teams to coordinate implementations, ensure accurate data, resolve discrepancies, and support a seamless onboarding experience. The position calls for an organized, analytical, detail-oriented person who is comfortable working with clients and technology in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience and strong phone communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with web-based customer service tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge or experience in retirement services and/or workers’ compensation.
• Experience with the iSolved payroll platform.
• Payroll service bureau experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement retirement and workers’ compensation services for new and existing clients within the iSolved platform.
• Communicate implementation milestones and timelines with clients, Sales, and internal Operations teams.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between client information and retirement service providers throughout implementation.
• Verify client and employee data for accuracy and completeness before go-live.
• Ensure retirement plan submissions are accurate and completed within required deadlines.
• Provide new-client training and guidance to support a successful transition.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations moving forward and deliver an exceptional client experience.
