About The Position

SG360° is seeking a motivated and detail General Office Assistant to join our Human Resources team for the summer. This position is ideal for students or individuals looking to gain practical experience in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks and support the HR team in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with special HR projects and events, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
