About The Position

The Associate HR Project Manager II takes on an advanced project-management role, leading smaller projects or specific components of larger projects. The position develops detailed project plans, allocates resources, monitors project performance, manages project risks and issues, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with quality standards. It also supports project managers on larger initiatives and provides comprehensive project reports to management.

This position has no staff-supervision responsibility. It provides data for decision support and recommendations to department leaders. Travel is up to 10%. The role is designated “Anywhere.” The anticipated pay range is $27.98–$42.02 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates can accrue up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. The company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to project managers on larger-scale initiatives.
• Track project progress and performance metrics, and report on performance to management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead smaller projects or manage specific components of larger projects.
• Maintain quality assurance and ensure projects adhere to relevant standards and regulations.
• Communicate clearly and provide updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and manage project risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide data for decision support and recommendations to department leaders.
