About The Position
The Associate HR Project Manager II (AHRPM-II) leads smaller projects or specific components of larger projects. The role involves developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, monitoring performance, managing risks and issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. It also supports project managers on larger initiatives and provides comprehensive project reports to management. The position has no staff supervision or development responsibilities. It provides data for decision support and recommendations to department leaders. Travel is up to 10%, and the flex designation is Anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers on larger-scale initiatives.
- Track project progress and performance metrics, and report to management.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead smaller projects or manage specific components of larger projects.
- Manage project risks and issues and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Maintain quality assurance and ensure projects adhere to relevant standards and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and provide updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Allocate project resources.
