Sr Manager, Product Management - HR Products & Data
About The Position
The Sr. Manager of Product Management will lead development of shared data and AI infrastructure for Capital One’s HR Products and Data organization. The team builds core platforms supporting Performance Assessment, Associate Growth, and Organizational Planning across global operations. The role focuses on creating consumer-grade experiences on a scalable, AI-ready data foundation, guided by platform scale and ease of onboarding. The position involves partnering with HR data engineering to build a Core Intelligence Data Layer and high-throughput signal engine for real-time organizational insights; establishing an AI-ready data ecosystem; leading product vision and execution for Core Intelligence onboarding; influencing the broader HR data ecosystem through enterprise-grade data products, interfaces, and integration standards; and overseeing cross-functional data integration work from concept through execution. The role requires proficiency in Capital One’s product management framework: human-centered customer focus, business-focused execution, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Candidates must have or be pursuing a qualifying degree, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date, or meet the stated alternative qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least four years of product management experience. Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field and at least four years of Product Management experience.
- Will not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One.

Responsibilities
- Partner with HR data engineering to architect a Core Intelligence Data Layer and high-throughput signal engine for real-time organizational insights.
- Establish an AI-ready data ecosystem that enables machine learning and AI capabilities across the Talent Development and Organizational Insights portfolio.
- Lead product vision and strategic execution for Core Intelligence onboarding, reducing friction for internal experience teams and enabling rapid deployment.
- Influence Capital One’s broader HR data ecosystem by delivering enterprise-grade data products, interfaces, and integration standards.
- Oversee complex, cross-functional data integration efforts from concept through execution, improving quality, speed, and platform reliability.
- Apply human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership principles in product management.
