About The Position

Requirements

• Experience working with at-risk youth populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to advocacy and support for youth.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Missouri Driver’s License and reliable transportation with insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Lived experience with housing instability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful operation of CPSEMO's youth housing initiatives under leadership guidance.
• Maintain and implement a low-barrier access point for youth seeking housing.
• Provide hands-on case management and create individualized plans to help youth achieve stable housing.
• Build and maintain strong community partnerships to enhance service delivery.
• Use a Housing First approach to meet clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate client records in databases such as HMIS.
• Provide transportation for clients when necessary.
• Organize outreach activities, including distributing program brochures and presenting at community events.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and actively contribute as a team member.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
