About The Position

Topgolf is a high-energy sports entertainment venue where every shift is different, every guest brings their own energy, and the people who work here make it all happen. The Front of House Supervisor leads the team in delivering a best-in-class guest experience every shift. You'll handle general operational responsibilities like opening, closing, and managing the flow of the venue while making sure none of that ever gets in the way of taking care of the guest. You'll coach your team, uphold service and safety standards, and step into whatever the business needs to run at its best. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for leading people
  • Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, including bending, stooping, and carrying
  • Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and navigating stairs
  • Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks consistently throughout the workday in a fast-paced, high-energy venue environment
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions for extended periods of time, including heat, cold, and inclement weather
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noise
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while performing desk-based tasks, including working at a computer and reviewing documents

  • Owns the shift, pushes the team to perform, and takes pride in a venue that runs the way it should.
  • Sets clear performance expectations and holds the team accountable for meeting them every shift
  • Keeps service standards, cleanliness, and operational execution consistently high throughout the shift
  • Identifies gaps in team performance or venue operations and addresses them directly and quickly
  • Takes ownership of shift outcomes, whether things went great or there's something to improve

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team during service to ensure every guest interaction meets Topgolf's best-in-class standard
  • Coach and develop team members in real time to build skills, confidence, and accountability
  • Uphold operating procedures, service standards, and safety protocols throughout every shift
  • Drive Associate engagement and create an environment where people are proud to work
  • Execute opening and closing procedures with consistency and attention to detail
  • Ensure work rules, compliance standards, and SOPs are followed across the team during your shift
  • Manage shift flow and adjust in real time when volume, staffing, or guest needs change
  • Assist with other business functions including team member development, ordering, inventory, facilities, and marketing as needed
