About The Position

The Back of House Lead Supervisor supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. The role assists with ordering and inventory, maintains product and labor costs according to budget, and supervises and trains hourly staff. It also helps maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours and follows sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment. Other duties may be assigned. This is a seasonal role with a schedule that may vary by day and hour, including evenings and weekends. The position is located at Minnesota Vikings, 2600 Vikings Parkway, Eagan, Minnesota.

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience is required.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget.
Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policies and procedures are implemented.
Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
