About The Position
The Back Of House Supervisor supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. The role assists with ordering and inventory, monitors product and labor costs against budget, trains staff, and helps maintain efficient service during peak hours while following food sanitation and equipment safety principles.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget.
- Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policies and procedures are implemented.
- Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
