About The Position
Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, continually growing healthcare organization. The Communication Systems Operator operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Requirements
- At least six months of prior experience as a Communications Systems Operator, or in a call center, customer service, switchboard, or receptionist role.
- Ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers.
- Pleasant telephone voice.
- Ability to work closely with other operators.
Nice To Haves
- One year of hospital-based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
