Requirements

• Six months of prior experience as a Communications Systems Operator or in call center, customer service, switchboard, or receptionist work.
• Ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers.
• Pleasant telephone voice.
• Ability to work closely with other operators.

Nice To Haves

• One year of hospital-based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
