About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Equivalent) or Higher
• 1 Year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and directs calls to the proper department
• Transfers calls
• Routes emergency calls
• Places long distance and local calls as required
• Pages appropriate personnel
• Answers inquiries when possible
• Assists in maintaining up-to-date listings and files
• Answers and maintains records of station calls
