About The Position

The Operator answers the multi-line phone system and routes patient calls to appropriate personnel using voicemail, Powerchart Office in Cerner, and paging through Outlook, while following front office protocols. The role contributes to patients’ experience and supports Oklahoma Heart Hospital’s cardiac care team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of work experience in a medical front office setting.
• One year of experience with a multi-phone system.
