About The Position
The Lash Lounge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Concierge for their salon. The role's primary focus is on providing an excellent customer experience, driving membership and retail sales, and cultivating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
