Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team! SCHEDULE INCLUDES SOME EVENING AND WEEKENDS, 5-DAY WORK WEEK
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Assist sales staff and managers in preparing paperwork, contracts, etc. for customers.
- Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements
- Prepares state title work for submission to PA and prepare out of state paperwork for submission
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
