About The Position

Regional Finance is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to help deliver personal service to customers across its branch and phone channels. The role supports the company’s lending operations and customer-focused approach, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress toward a Branch Manager position through structured training and development. Top performers can earn up to $72,640 per year in total compensation, including bonuses. Base pay is $19.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience, with potential monthly bonuses of up to $1,200 based on individual and team performance.

This is an on-site, customer-facing position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and branch loan sales targets through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to inform lending decisions.
• Manage consumer loan accounts that are 1–30 days past due through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers on payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Explain loan terms and optional products so customers understand their options.
• Multitask and adapt to changing demands to provide timely, efficient service.
