About The Position

The Automotive Finance Assistant supports the vehicle sales process by accurately handling financing-related paperwork and transactions. The role works directly with sales staff, not customers, and helps ensure a seamless sales process in a high-volume organization. The position is hourly and full-time, with a Saturday shift, and is based at 505 S Havana St, Denver, CO 80012. Starting pay is $19.29–$24.00 per hour. The application window is expected to close November 30, 2026.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Math aptitude.
Interest in finance.
Ability to work past the regular shift, as needed, to complete customer transactions.

Loan processing or credit report experience.

Responsibilities

Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
Submit credit applications.
Package, scan, and fund contracts.
Monitor and update the Contract in Transit (CIT) account and add notes in the software application for unfunded deals.
Send and scan Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily and log all contracts sent.
Prioritize car deals to meet the One Hour promise time to customers.
Work directly with sales staff; this position does not interact directly with customers.
