About The Position

The Assistant Branch Manager supports branch performance and customer service at Regional Finance, an omnichannel consumer lender. The role focuses on achieving individual and branch loan sales goals, helping customers throughout the loan lifecycle, making informed lending decisions, and maintaining compliant and accurate operations. The position also assists with training and coaching team members and managing early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts. This is an on-site role serving customers in person and by phone. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and late evenings as business needs require. Top performers can earn up to $72,640 per year in total compensation, including bonus. Base pay is $19.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on skills and experience, with potential monthly bonuses of up to $1,200 based on individual and team performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to support informed lending decisions.
• Manage consumer loan accounts 1–30 days past due through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers on payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Clearly explain loan terms and optional products so customers understand their options.
• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely and efficient service.
