About The Position

Requirements

• 2-5 years of facilities/machine maintenance experience.
• Associate degree or similar level.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Good understanding of electrical systems (480 volt and below, including various control voltage).
• Self-sufficient, able to work under minimal supervision, fast-thinking and pro-active.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
• Good physical condition: ability to carry up to 50 pounds (tool box or parts) up to 50 feet.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics, repair and failure analysis of valves, stacks, pistons, and rams in excess of 5000 PSI operating pressure.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of specialized mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems/components.
• Providing technical assistance, operation, and maintenance for heavy machinery and automation.
• Working with industry-specific equipment.
