About The Position
The Data Coordinator I reviews, cleans, and audits data to ensure accurate information can be shared. The role extracts data and generates basic and moderately complex reports, while serving as a resource to database users. The coordinator may also support database training, technical issue resolution, regulatory or accreditation reporting, and data entry oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- No experience required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of database application management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collect data and generate basic and moderately complex reports, including internal reports requested by management.
- Prepare reports for regulatory or accrediting agencies when needed, ensuring timely and accurate submission according to current standards and regulations.
- Regularly review and audit the database for accuracy; make corrections and additions to records as required.
- Recommend solutions to data management issues.
- Assist in training staff with varying levels of database knowledge.
- Serve as a resource to database users to promote consistency and data accuracy.
- Assist staff with technical issues related to the database.
- Extract data and generate reports and queries for statistical analyses in requested formats.
- Update the database as required and liaise with IT on complex technical issues or software updates.
- May oversee data entry staff to ensure data accuracy.
- May access data in the Data Warehouse.
- Perform other duties as required.
