About The Position
Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, designs, markets, and underwrites commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance products for select industries. The company has operated since 1962 and is recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M. Best. The Claims Assistant provides administrative support to claims unit(s), including routine document tracking, internal and external customer and vendor communication, and other basic claims functions. The role reviews new claims for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility; prepares and maintains records and reports for processing in accordance with established procedures; meets productivity and customer service targets; and handles routine communications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General computer proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills preferred.
Responsibilities
