About The Position

Uline, a name millions of businesses across North America know and trust, is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build our growing Danvers, Massachusetts market. Your role on our Sales team is to help businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service you’ll be proud to deliver. As the "CEO" of your territory, you will identify growth opportunities within your markets, meet with existing customers on-site, and build relationships. You will be part of a winning team, joining the Boston, MA sales team for camaraderie, training, and department meetings via regular trips to the office. You will learn from the best, receiving 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development. Uline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations and 17 sales offices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years previous sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
  • Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday.
  • Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products.
