About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another human service-related field required
• Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation required
• Three (3) years minimum experience working with individuals with mental health and/or developmental disabilities required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and skill transfer recovery treatment and support plans for adults and youth with a mental health diagnosis and/or on the autism spectrum
• Provide intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, natural support residents, etc.
• Implement and transfer skills identified in the recovery treatment and support plan that utilizes a person-centered approach, in collaboration with other members of the treatment team
