About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Home Care Case Manager in the Burnsville area and surrounding communities. This salaried role is scheduled four or five days per week: four days pays $65,000 and five days pays $82,000. The case manager works with a collaborative team of RNs and LPNs to complete assessments, reassessments, and select skilled nursing tasks for private-pay and veteran clients. BrightStar Care is a non-Medicare agency and does not require OASIS documentation. Most clients are in Burnsville, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Apple Valley, and nearby communities. The role includes paid mileage between client visits and the office, and PTO accrual starting on the first day.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
