About The Position

Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI. Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner. We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis, systems thinking, and stakeholder management to drive technology solutions that support critical banking functions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working in financial services, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and leading cross-functional teams across the SDLC.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking/financial services
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations
- Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and Agile methodologies
- Solid experience in data analysis using SQL
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for banking systems and applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define functional and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into system specifications, user stories, and workflows
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, including UAT coordination and production support
- Work on data analysis, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Support integration efforts across multiple platforms and applications
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data governance, and security standards
- Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership on best practices
