About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21, or the age required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures.
• Intermediate-level math skills.
• Proven expertise and experience accurately managing a register.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve and resolve problems calmly, professionally, and courteously.
• Strong computer-based skills.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business-minded personality.
• Highly self-motivated and ethical.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check where state-specific requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Contribute to building the business and adapt to change in the retail model.
• Help execute the hospitality program as an authentic, confident, self-leading team member.
• Drive repeat business through local networking, customer data capture, patient confidence, and patient loyalty.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, the cannabis industry, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Answer customer questions and explain products and usage.
• Deliver high customer-experience standards through customer engagement, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Use PharmaCann’s Point of Sale system accurately.
• Process customer transactions carefully and ensure register accuracy.
• Follow dispensary protocols, including safety protocols, and comply with security, safety, and legal requirements.
• Accommodate flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Keep the point-of-sale area clean and organized.
• Assist with other assigned duties and operational functions, which may include call center, inventory, outreach, security, delivery acceptance, delivery, and visual merchandising.
• Where required by state or location, maintain a current driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, the industry, and the community.
• Embody and support PharmaCann’s culture, values, purpose, goals, and key objectives.
