About The Position

JARS Cannabis is hiring an entry-level Budtender for its Safford location. The role offers on-the-job training in cannabis products and is suited to candidates with customer service experience, including experience in retail or food service. Budtenders help patients and customers choose products while contributing to a welcoming, clean, and organized dispensary. The position is full-time, with a schedule of five 8-hour shifts and two days off. Applicants must have open availability to work morning, mid, and closing shifts, as well as holidays, and must be able to work at least 30 hours per week. Pay is $15.50–$16 per hour plus a shared tip pool.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
Open availability for morning, mid, and closing shifts, and holidays, without schedule restraints.
Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for at least 8 hours daily.
Comfort using a computer throughout the shift.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 pounds.
Personal smartphone required: iPhone with iOS 14 or later, or Android OS 4.4 or later.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must pass a standard background check and a fingerprint background check.
