About The Position

Terrabis is a privately held cannabis company focused on innovation and market expansion across wholesale, retail, and customer experience. Terrabis is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Budtender to join its cannabis dispensary team. The role provides customer service, supports product selection, processes sales, maintains the dispensary and inventory, and helps ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as travel up to 10% of the time. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, pass required background checks, possess a valid driver's license or state ID, and be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Missouri pay is $16 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
Experience in retail sales and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency using a POS system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; open availability including nights and weekends is required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must pass all required background checks.
Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
Must be available to travel 10% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the cannabis industry.
Knowledge of state and federal cannabis regulations.
Experience with METRC and other cannabis tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Educate customers about cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and topicals.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, including product displays, shelves, and inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
Follow state and federal regulations related to cannabis sales and consumption.
Maintain knowledge of current cannabis industry trends and products.
Attend training sessions and stay up to date on industry developments.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
