About The Position

As a Budtender for Evergreen Market, you will provide a high level of customer service to every customer, assist the team in executing daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning, and develop positive relationships with customers, teammates, and managers. This is a full-time position of 30 or more hours per week, with primarily evening and closing shifts, approximately 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. The starting wage is $18.90 per hour, plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service mindset.
• High level of accuracy in cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Willingness to participate in the random drug testing program.

• Ability, with or without accommodation, to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, including 8-hour shifts.
