About The Position

Requirements

• An engaging personality with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience in social media marketing; strong visual content creation skills; ability to post new content weekly/engage with our online audience.
• Experience with, and love for, event planning, coordination and execution.
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies; able to develop and pitch partnership opportunities to similar local businesses to create a referral/benefits programs across shared customer bases.

Responsibilities

• Developing social media to promote the Bodybar Pilates brand and its offerings; creating promotional content, such as videos, photos, social media posts, etc.
• Identifying potential business partnerships, and expanding on existing partner relationships for increased brand presence in the local community.
• Identify methods for community engagement and maintain a calendar for outreach events.
• Planning and executing various community outreach events.
• Attending/manning promotional events such as pop-up shops, tabling events, health fairs, community/school events, etc.
