About The Position

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” approach to engage guests and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and recommend products to fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
