About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing every store guest with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, share enthusiasm for its products, build brand loyalty, and bring the company’s values to work. Brand Ambassadors may work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and bring energy to the role.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for, using a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
