Aerie - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you represent Aerie and AEO by providing guests with an engaging shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You share your passion for AE and Aerie products, embody company values, and bring your authentic self to work. The role involves serving guests across store zones, resolving concerns in line with company policy, and supporting the team. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement advocates body positivity and the empowerment of women. As part of its Real Good promise, the brand makes some swimsuits, bras, and underwear using recycled polyester, recycled nylon fabric, or sustainably sourced cotton.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Love interacting with people and AE and Aerie products.
- Have energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior retail experience is noted as desirable.

Responsibilities
- Use the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend products to meet their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
