Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you bring the brand to life and provide guests with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and reflect the company’s values. The role involves engaging with guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find products that meet their needs, and introducing them to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. Brand Ambassadors may work across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. They resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy, support their team, and follow AEO policies and procedures. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement promotes body positivity and the empowerment of women. Through its Real Good promise, the company makes select products using recycled polyester, recycled nylon, or sustainably sourced cotton.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first approach to help them find what they need.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Work flexibly across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
- Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
