Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) at Aerie, you bring the brand to life by providing every guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, share enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, build brand loyalty, and embody company values. Brand Ambassadors engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, provide product education and suggestions, introduce the loyalty program and other brand channels, and move between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. They help resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy, support their team, and follow AEO policies and procedures. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement advocates body positivity and the empowerment of women. Under its Real Good promise, the company creates some products using recycled polyester, recycled nylon, or sustainably sourced cotton.
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Be energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
- Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products that meet their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
