About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you represent Aerie and help create an enjoyable shopping experience for every guest. You build brand loyalty by sharing your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, representing company values, and bringing your authentic self to work. The role involves working across store areas as needed and helping guests find products that meet their needs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to interact with people, bring energy, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
