Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience and helping build brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and work across store zones as needed. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement celebrates body positivity and the empowerment of women. As part of its Real Good promise, Aerie makes swimsuits, bras, and underwear using materials made from recycled polyester, recycled nylon fabric, or sustainably sourced cotton.
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
- Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Engage with each guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friendly, guest-focused approach to help them find what they need.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend products that suit their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Work flexibly across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
