Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Brand Ambassador for Aerie, you bring the brand to life and provide guests with a positive shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody company values while bringing your authentic self to work. The role involves helping guests find products, educating them on product details, and introducing them to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. You may work across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Through the #AerieREAL movement, it advocates body positivity and the empowerment of women. Its Real Good promise includes creating products with materials made from recycled polyester, recycled nylon fabric, or sustainably sourced cotton.
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Bring energy and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work during guest shopping times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
- Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Use the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products suited to their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy.
- Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
