About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate) at Aerie, you bring the brand to life and provide guests with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, share enthusiasm for its products, and build brand loyalty while reflecting the company’s values. You engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset, help them find products, and introduce them to the loyalty program and other brand channels. You flex between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed; resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy; and support your team while following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Enjoy interacting with people.
Have energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Be available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Love AE and Aerie products.
Be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products to meet their needs.
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
