Aerie - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing every guest with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody company values. The role involves helping guests find products, introducing them to loyalty and brand channels, and flexing across store areas as needed. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement promotes body positivity and empowerment, and its Real Good promise includes products made with recycled polyester, recycled nylon fabric, or sustainably sourced cotton. Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Bring energy and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
- Have previous retail experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and recommend products to meet their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
