About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing guests with a positive shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody company values. The role involves helping guests find products that meet their needs, introducing them to the loyalty program and brand channels, and working across store areas as needed. You also help resolve guest concerns, support your team, and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” approach to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
