About The Position
Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach in autism therapy. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf and Molly McGinnis, the company prioritizes BCBA success to facilitate socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families with autism spectrum disorder. Butterfly Effects is a co-founder of non-profits focused on expanding access to ABA services for all families. The organization emphasizes BCBA leadership, stable growth opportunities, ethical and high-quality standards as a BHCOE accredited provider, and a supportive, positive culture. BCBAs are empowered to design customized treatment plans and collaborate interdisciplinary for optimal ASD outcomes. Since 2005, Butterfly Effects has transformed over 15,000 families' lives through individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, symbolizing love, rebirth, and metamorphosis in its commitment to helping children and families thrive.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
- Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.

- Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually).
