About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team at a newly opened center in McKinney, Texas (Craig Ranch). The role supports the company’s mission of providing compassionate ABA therapy and creating meaningful change for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. BCBAs receive a customized virtual orientation, six weeks of ongoing training, established clinical practices and automated clinical tools, and support from centralized teams handling intake, hiring, training, authorizations, and billing. The organization also offers ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
