About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, CFA/CA, Human Capital Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years of industry-related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, research, consulting, or a regulated-industry application environment.
• Experience supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response.
• Certifications are portfolio-dependent; where applicable, certification is required within 90 days of hire. Equivalent technical certifications may be preferred for non-Epic portfolios within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, CFA/CA, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
• Epic experience, as required based on the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for moderately complex applications and services.
• Deliver defined solutions within the application portfolio with limited oversight.
• Own specific application components, workflows, or integrations and apply judgment within established standards.
• Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Build and enhance working relationships with internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues across PSJHS on cross-departmental projects and efforts.
• Support and incorporate the organization’s mission and core values into daily activities.
• Treat others with respect and demonstrate excellence, justice, and compassion in work and relationships.
