• Supported Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, Closers, and management teams throughout the mortgage loan lifecycle.
• Assisted with loan setup, document review, indexing, validation, and system updates while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Communicated with members to collect required documentation, provide loan status updates, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintained accurate records, tracked workflow tasks, and updated loan information in internal systems.
• Collaborated with internal departments, vendors, and third parties to resolve discrepancies and support timely loan processing.
• Generated reports, monitored pipeline activity, and identified opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Performed administrative duties while adhering to company policies and federal lending regulations.
