About The Position

Belt Power LLC is a full service distributor and fabricator specializing in the fulfillment of conveyor system requirements for the processing, manufacturing, and material handling industry. We place an emphasis on providing quality, value added components; as well as local service capabilities to support our customers’ needs. Our product line ranges from all types of conveyor belting, conveying equipment and components, belting accessories, hose and fitting products, plastics, gasket, and power transmission products. The Territory Manager at Belt Power, LLC. will work closely with the Region Vice President and with other internal teams to identify strategic pipeline opportunities, drive revenue growth, and increase market penetration. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships , implementing product solutions, and expanding business within an assigned territory .

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships existing customer to sustain and grow business.
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to promote and secure orders for products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of product and service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer implementation and production participation.
  • Prepare and manage customer pricing, quotes, orders, and project timelines.
  • Provide detailed customer reports, market insights, and competitive analysis to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, and industry events to drive business development.
  • Respect, protect, support, company culture.
  • Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations; maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Required to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
  • Always represent Belt Power in a professional manner
  • Achieve sales growth in both new and existing accounts.
