About The Position

Stanbridge University is seeking a product-minded Mobile / UI/UX Engineer to design, develop, and enhance student-facing digital platforms. This mid- to senior-level role combines mobile application development, front-end engineering, and user experience design. The engineer will improve the usability, performance, and mobile responsiveness of existing platforms while helping establish a consistent, scalable user experience across the University’s application ecosystem. The role will also contribute to new student-facing applications and emerging digital initiatives, including expanding mobile capabilities for iOS and Android. Over time, the position offers the opportunity to take greater technical ownership and independently architect, develop, and deploy complete mobile applications. The successful candidate will translate complex workflows into intuitive, visually compelling experiences and build the solutions they design. This is a hands-on individual contributor role in a collaborative, fast-moving, AI-enabled development environment, with ownership of work from concept through deployment. This is a United States-based position, and all employment duties must be performed from within the United States. Remote employment is available only to candidates residing in states where Stanbridge University is authorized to employ remote employees. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the University does not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship. A job-related assessment may be required. Offers are contingent on successful completion of a background check, and employment verification will be conducted. Official transcripts or evaluation of foreign credentials may be required when applicable. The anticipated annual salary range is $115,000–$150,000, depending on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other job-related factors. The position is primarily performed at a desk or computer workstation in a standard professional and technology-focused environment, with cross-functional collaboration and evolving technical requirements and deadlines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
