About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Effective communicator – both verbal and written
• Reliable team player who can collaborate across departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
• Discreet and professional when handling confidential information

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, a plus
• Prior experience in automotive or administrative roles is a bonus
• Notary Public certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain (we’re happy to assist with the process)

Responsibilities

• Break down deal jackets and format documents in the correct order for scanning
• Assist in reviewing and processing paperwork for customer deliveries, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Process DMV paperwork, including issuing plates and in-transits, and perform online DMV submissions
• Partner with external vendor, Beacon, to handle out-of-state DMV transactions
• Cross-train with team members and provide support across the accounting/administrative team as needed
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
