About The Position

Requirements

• 2–3 years of state and/or national title processing experience
• Knowledge of title and salvage title requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a typical office environment
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Process title work and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Research and resolve missing or incorrect title paperwork in a timely manner
• Provide customer support via phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions
• Review and enter title information for all customers
• Complete applications for title transfers and ownership changes
• Record title information from state documents into the ASI system
• Support inventory reduction tasks and provide updates to sales and account management teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases
• Perform additional duties as assigned
