Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three to four years of title experience.
Strong organizational skills and eagerness to improve.
Willingness to take initiative.
Computer literacy and quality writing and grammar skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
Ability to work with all levels of employees.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process state registration documents and ensure tax and title paperwork is completed correctly.
Process payoffs and registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, issue and transfer license plates, and obtain dealer titles.
Send bills, contracts, warranties, and service contracts to the appropriate agencies, such as the department of motor vehicles.
Check required forms for completeness, signatures, and accuracy, including vehicle sale and purchase prices.
Maintain files containing sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts, and other information related to vehicle sales or transfers.
Maintain titles and MSOs for inventory.
Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit it to the DMV.
Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.
