About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent legal, privacy, regulatory, or compliance approval processes against fixed deadlines.
• Strong experience coordinating complex projects across Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to gather, organize, validate, and manage documentation and evidence for formal approval processes.
• Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and engaging stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and compressed timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in executive status reporting, risk identification, and blocker escalation.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar internal systems, tools, and established review workflows.
• Self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• English language proficiency is required.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing platforms, marketing technology, or data integration initiatives.
• Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data compliance processes.
• Experience coordinating legal and privacy reviews involving technical systems, data integrations, and third-party vendors.
• Background supporting technology launches or initiatives requiring cross-functional regulatory and compliance approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple legal, privacy, and compliance assessment workstreams simultaneously, ensuring approvals meet established timelines and align with business launches.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Business Operations to gather requirements and facilitate assessments and approvals.
• Manage assessment intake, documentation, review cycles, and remediation activities; identify compliance gaps and launch blockers.
• Identify and engage appropriate subject matter experts, decision makers, and process owners across complex organizational structures.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and submission of technical documentation, supporting evidence, contractual materials, and third-party agreements.
• Set priorities, track milestones and dependencies, and proactively address risks to critical deadlines.
• Prepare concise status updates covering progress, outstanding requirements, ownership, next steps, and potential risks; escalate blockers with recommended solutions.
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and accelerate approvals.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, documentation gaps, tooling challenges, and workflow bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of approval scope, decisions, and supporting documentation for future initiatives.
