About The Position
Glint Tech Solutions is a U.S.-based recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Technology, AI, Robotics, Semiconductor, FinTech, and Enterprise Software hiring. We combine experienced recruiters with AI-powered sourcing tools to help fast-growing startups and enterprise clients hire exceptional talent across the United States. This internship is ideal for someone interested in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, AI, or sales.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
- Interest in recruiting, HR, sales, or technology
Nice To Haves
- Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, or CRM systems
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, Boolean Search, and AI recruiting tools
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Assist with candidate pipeline management and follow-up
- Learn recruiting best practices, Boolean search techniques, and AI sourcing strategies
- Support recruiters on multiple technology recruiting projects
